RN/LPN Re-entry/Refresher Program
NCLX Preparatory Class
This course is designed to prepare individuals to re-enter the Nursing field as an RN or LPN. Arizona will not license a nurse who has been out of practice for more than five years or who has not met the mandated clinical hours during the renewal period. The classroom experience (6-7 weeks) is also an excellent way to prepare for NCLEX examinations.
Completion of the re-entry/refresher didactic (6-7 week) program provides job ready skills, so that a student will be able to transition into the clinical arena (precepteeship). Upon completion for the course requirements, licensure is exclusive right and responsibility of the AZ State Board of Nursing. The candidates must satisfy all of the requirements of the State Board of Nursing Statutes, Rules, and Regulations. Anticipated course length 90 days.

In the event that you test positive for a mind-altering substance, you will be required to submit written documentation from your health care provider that you are physically and mentally able to perform all nursing skills, tasks, or procedures.
